Check to see if you have an internet connection. If you don’t, establish an internet connection with wi-fi or mobile internet. If you are connected via mobile internet, but the internet isn’t working, see whether you still have enough MBs in your bundle. Also make sure your phone isn’t accidentally in airplane mode and wi-fi and/or mobile internet aren’t switched off.
Make sure the app is up to date by going to the AppStore or PlayStore. If it’s not up to date, please update the app.
Close the app to update the latest ‘source data’ to the most recent version.
